Info filter

The Info filter in GuardREC® Compliance allows you to narrow down your search based on specific types of information associated with the recordings.

Here are the current options available in the Info filter:

Has comments: This option filters your results to only include recordings that have comments added.
Has compliance comments: This option filters your results to only include recordings that have comments added specifically by compliance users.
Has risks: This option filters your results to only include recordings marked with risks.
In case: This option filters your results to only include recordings that have been added in a Case.
Legal hold: This option filters your results to only include recordings that have been placed on Legal hold.
Played by compliance: This option filters your results to only include recordings that have been played by compliance users.
Played by non-compliance: This option filters your results to only include recordings that have been played by non-compliance users, such as recorded users or external users who have been granted access to recordings.

Here's how to use it:

To access the Info filter, click on the filter icon and then select Info from the dropdown list.
Once you've selected the Info filter, you will see the different options listed above. Select the ones that apply to your search.
